Somebody listed some reasons not to vote for Bush, and I than posted valid questions to them, but I was in turn called a moron and blacklisted, so my question is to you the audience who is the "moron" here? (Though the person is not really a "moron" just probably acted that way when responding to pressure, maybe)
The First reason I questioned:
4) He let the ban on the deadliest assult weapon expire. Smooth move ex lax.
My questions to that claim:
Oh ye of little information, what pray tell did the 'Assault Weapon Ban' Ban, how did it specifically ban those weapons? Where those weapons still available for purchase after the ban was signed and during the entire time it was enforced? Finally, what type of fire system were those weapons: bolt-action, pump action, lever action, semi-automatic, automatic?
Granted I could have dropped the 'ye of little information' part but heck I never said I was a 'nice guy'.
The Second reason I questioned: 8) Look at the price of gas.
My questions to that claim:
Oh ye of little information, what two nations are developing right now that have driven up the price of gas? Could those nations be India and China? Do you think the President of the United States can control all oil fields and oil demands in the world? What about Nigeria? When demand increases and supplies decrease does not a price on that commodity increase with the increased demand? How much control can a President have over that and the Oil Market in general?
Granted I could have still dropped the 'ye of little information' bit but hey ME does not equal 'Nice Guy'.
The Third reason I questioned: 5) He is in favor of not having women choose what they can do or can't do to their bodies. I am not for or against abortion. I am for the right to choose.
My questions to that claim:
Oh ye of little information, once again I must post some more questions to your demands.
Did he say outright he was going to overturn Roe v. Wade or did he say he was going to cut Federal Spending from Abortion? Do you think he is against Embryonic Stem Cell Research or only against the method in how one obtains those Embryonic Stem Cells?
Granted I still once again could have dropped the 'ye of little information' part but hey third time is the charm.
So with that out the way who is the moron, the questioner who poses valid questions to reasons given or the person who says the following when asked for a response:
no-- because i do not have the energy or the time to deal with morons like yourself.
